MIDDLE FUN!...

hey guys,
so we had the middle qual yesterday and the middle final today. Soooo we aussies didn't do so well in the quals as we hoped but things turned around today with better results in the B and C finals. The weather was extremely hot (even for aussie standards) so i think that could have also affected the results. But nonetheless we all ran alot better today and we have all raised our esteem for the long on saturday. I was super happy with my runs yesterday and today and was really excited that i came 28th today in the A final. Thanks to everyone that has sent me messages today, i really appreciate it.

Bridget.... Now a word for Krystal

hi guys :)
as it turns out today.... the map was of a similar standard of bare rock features as cascades. it had alot of bare rock however most was mapped as yellow and very little was actually identified as bare rock\grey on the map.... because it had so much bare rock i decided to try the mentality that i was running on cascades. :) yup thats my little bit. bye everyone. love krystal
